How to create a QR menu for your restaurant
A practical guide to setting up your QwikMenu, checking your dishes and sharing your QR code.
Start with your restaurant details
Create your QwikMenu account and enter your business name, address and contact details. Choose your cuisines so your restaurant profile reflects what you serve.
Make it your own
Upload your logo and choose a menu colour and layout. Preview the menu on a phone to check that the text is easy to read.
Add your real dishes
Replace the starter dishes with your own categories, names, descriptions, prices and photos. Check availability and dietary information before sharing the menu. If you use Square, connect your account and review the import before publishing.
Check the guest experience
Open your live menu and review every category. Confirm prices, dish photos and contact details. Ask a colleague to scan the QR code on another phone.
Share your QR code
Open the QR code section in your restaurant dashboard. Place your code where guests can scan it easily, such as table cards or your counter. Keep the code clear and test the printed version.
Keep your menu fresh
Update dishes and prices in your dashboard as your offering changes. Guests can use the same menu link and QR code to see your published updates.
