Terms & Conditions
The terms for using Qwik Menu, including restaurant accounts, subscriptions, guest orders, integrations and support.
Last updated: 10 October 2026
1. About Qwik Menu and these terms
Qwik Menu provides digital-menu software, QR-code access, restaurant management tools and optional ordering, payment, review and notification features through https://qwikmenu.us. These terms describe the use of those services by restaurant account holders, authorised staff and guests using participating restaurant menus.
Contact hello@qwikmenu.us for service, account or billing questions. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy describe the processes for software subscription refunds and cancellation.
2. Accounts and authorised users
Restaurant administrator accounts are intended for adults authorised to act for the relevant business. Provide accurate registration and contact information, keep it current and protect your login credentials. Do not share passwords or allow unauthorised access.
Account owners are responsible for granting appropriate staff access and removing access when it is no longer needed. Staff must act within their assigned permissions. Contact us promptly if you suspect account misuse. Qwik Menu may request reasonable verification before making account ownership or access changes.
3. Plans, trials and feature availability
Your selected plan determines the available features and limits, including branch or staff allowances. Features marked Pro require an eligible Pro subscription or applicable trial entitlement. Trial access ends on the expiry date shown for your account. Expiry or downgrade can restrict features that require a higher plan.
Features marked “coming soon”, “test” or “sandbox” are not promises of current production availability. Check the published plan description and any checkout information before purchasing. Qwik Menu does not guarantee that using the service will produce a particular number of orders, customers or sales.
4. Subscription prices, payments and renewal
The price, currency, subscription period and applicable charges must be shown before you confirm a purchase. Recurring billing applies only where it is offered, disclosed and authorised. A test or sandbox checkout is not a live purchase. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment card details to Qwik Menu support.
Where renewal reminders or secure renewal links are available, they help you manage your subscription. Keep renewal links private. Receiving a reminder does not itself authorise a charge or extend access. If payment has been debited but access has not updated, contact support with the transaction reference before paying again.
Any proposed price change for a future subscription period will be communicated before it applies. It will not alter the price already paid for the current period. Cancellation remains available under the Cancellation Policy.
5. Refunds and cancellation
First-time software subscription purchases are refundable when requested within 7 days of purchase. Renewals are non-refundable except for duplicate or incorrect charges. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days from approval.
You may cancel before the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling renewal does not automatically create a refund request. Email hello@qwikmenu.us from your registered email address with your business name and subscription or payment reference. See the Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for the full request process. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
6. Restaurant content and responsibility
Restaurants are responsible for their menu content, prices, taxes, availability, descriptions, photographs, dietary information, contact details and fulfilment arrangements. Check imported content and published changes before relying on them in service. Illustrative images may differ from the dishes actually served.
Guests should confirm allergies, ingredients and special dietary requirements directly with restaurant staff. Menu labels and software-generated information are not a substitute for that confirmation. Restaurants remain responsible for food preparation, hygiene, safety and their customer service obligations.
7. Guest carts, shared tables and orders
Adding items to a cart or shared-table session does not by itself confirm an order, reserve food or complete payment. Follow the instructions and confirmation shown by the restaurant's enabled ordering method. Contact restaurant staff if an order status is unclear or you need to change or cancel an order.
Shared-table participants may see and change shared selections as permitted by the service. Use the correct restaurant, branch and table link, share session links only with intended participants, and review quantities before submitting. A displayed cart total may differ from the final restaurant bill where taxes, tips, service charges or subsequent order changes apply; the amount presented for payment should be reviewed before authorisation.
Restaurant food orders, fulfilment, order cancellations and restaurant refunds are handled by the relevant restaurant. Qwik Menu's software subscription refund policy does not govern purchases of food or drinks.
8. Payments and third-party integrations
Optional services such as Square connections and WhatsApp order sharing depend on the restaurant's configuration and the external provider's availability and terms. Restaurant owners must have authority to connect their accounts and provide the permissions needed for the selected integration.
Review the restaurant, amount, currency and any optional tip before paying a bill. Payment authorisation, processing, settlement and reversals depend on the relevant payment provider. A payment error should be checked before retrying to avoid duplicate charges. Contact the restaurant about a restaurant bill and Qwik Menu support about a software subscription charge.
Disconnecting an integration can stop synchronisation or related features. Changes, outages or restrictions imposed by third-party providers may affect connected services.
9. Content ownership and permitted use
You retain ownership of content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and publish it. By supplying content, you permit Qwik Menu to host, process, display and transmit it as necessary to provide the features you choose, including publication of restaurant menus and delivery of order information.
Qwik Menu's software, branding and original service materials remain the property of their respective owners. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of them. Do not copy or use another restaurant's content without permission.
10. Acceptable use, reviews and notifications
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, harassment, impersonation, infringement, spam or distribution of malicious content. Do not attempt to access other accounts or data without authority, bypass plan or security restrictions, or disrupt the service. Arrange testing that could materially affect availability with Qwik Menu in advance.
Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and must not include abusive content or unnecessary personal information about others. Restaurants must obtain any permissions required for their customer communications and respect applicable opt-out requests. We may restrict unlawful or abusive content or activity while investigating a report.
11. Privacy and account security
Handle guest and staff information only for authorised business purposes and in accordance with applicable obligations. Restaurant owners control their staff permissions and are responsible for their own customer communications and privacy notices where required.
Qwik Menu's Privacy Policy describes information processing, cookies, optional Google Analytics and privacy requests. Optional Analytics permission can be changed through “Analytics preferences” on eligible public website pages. A privacy choice does not change your subscription price or permission to use the service.
12. Availability and service changes
We maintain the service and may perform updates, maintenance or security work. Access can be interrupted by network problems, hosting failures, third-party outages or other faults. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Restaurants should maintain an alternative way to provide menus, record orders and take payments when needed.
Report material faults to hello@qwikmenu.us with enough detail to investigate, without including passwords or payment card information. We will communicate material changes affecting a paid service where reasonably practicable. Nothing in this section removes remedies required by applicable law.
13. Restrictions, account closure and records
Access may be restricted when a subscription expires or where reasonably necessary to address unauthorised access, serious misuse, unlawful activity or risks to the service. Where practicable and appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
Contact hello@qwikmenu.us to request account closure or assistance obtaining your records. Stopping use, clearing browser storage or uninstalling a saved web app does not itself cancel a subscription. Account closure does not necessarily erase records that must be retained for legal, billing, security or dispute purposes; the Privacy Policy explains retention and privacy requests.
14. Questions, disputes and updates
For a service or subscription concern, email hello@qwikmenu.us with your account or business name, a description of the issue and relevant non-sensitive references. We will investigate and work with you to resolve it. Restaurant order or food-quality concerns should also be raised directly with the restaurant.
These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not prevent access to remedies available under applicable law. We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version will show its updated date, with additional notice or consent where required. Material changes will not be applied retrospectively to remove rights that have already arisen.
