How to cancel your Qwik Menu subscription renewal, when cancellation takes effect and where to get help.

1. How to cancel
Email hello@qwikmenu.us from your registered account email address before your next subscription renewal. Include the registered business name and subscription or payment reference, and state that you want to stop renewal. Keep the support confirmation for your records.
2. Deadline and effective date
You can cancel anytime before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the current paid subscription period ends. Cancellation does not end the already-paid period early.
3. Refunds
Cancellation is not an automatic refund. First-time subscription refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Renewals are non-refundable except duplicate or incorrect charges, as described in the Return & Refund Policy.
4. Restaurant orders
This cancellation policy applies to Qwik Menu subscriptions. Contact the restaurant directly to change or cancel a restaurant order.
