Digital Menus for Food Courts
Plan clear menu ownership, stall navigation and ordering responsibilities for a food court. Check QwikMenu’s current support before choosing a multi-stall setup.
A food-court menu should make each stall easy to identify and its food easy to browse. Behind that experience, ownership, staff permissions and payment responsibilities need to remain clear.
Confirm the setup before you choose a plan
QwikMenu’s current self-service plans are for one branch per account. The multi-branch management interface is not enabled. Do not assume one subscription includes a multi-stall dashboard, a combined cart or settlement across separate merchants. Contact us with your stall count and ownership structure so we can confirm what is supported.
A practical way to organise separate stalls
An operator can maintain a directory on its own website that links to each stall’s menu. Each stall remains responsible for its dishes, prices, opening status and order handling. A directory helps guests navigate, but it does not merge independent ordering or payment systems.
Questions to settle before launch
- Who can edit each stall’s prices and availability?
- Who maintains shared signage and the stall directory?
- Are payments separate for each merchant?
- How do staff identify a table in a shared seating area?
- What will guests see when a stall is closed?
Test the whole guest journey
Scan the entrance code, choose a stall and check its menu on a phone. Confirm that contact information and any order request reach the intended team. If you use Square, verify the merchant and location for each configured flow. Keep a printed directory or staff assistance available.
